The TurboSOx Amine was specifically designed to be highly selective for
sulfur dioxide (SO2) absorption from gas streams. The proprietary amine, developed and
manufactured by The
Dow Chemical Company, is provided under exclusive license to
TurboSonic and its customers.
The Dow Chemical Company
Dow has extensive experience in process modeling, gas treating
and amine chemistry. Technical support is provided by Dow to
TurboSonic for all amine applications.
Dow is committed to maintaining an adequate inventory of the TurboSOx
Amine for use by licensed customers of TurboSonic's TurboSOx SO2
Recovery System.
