The Dry Fog Dust
Suppression system controls virtually all types of respirable
and larger airborne dust and mists.
Momentum and
coverage of the water
spray is adjusted to optimize penetration
and enshrouding of the dust, while droplet
size and turbulence is adjusted to allow
contact and removal of particulate with a
minimum of water.

Lower
Capital and Maintenance Costs
Costs are
significantly lower than for ventilation type control systems, which
consume as much as 20 times the
energy. Dry Fog can be installed for as
little as 40% of the cost of a conventional
bag filter type system.
Dry Fog Operates
Wherever
Fugitive Dust is a Problem
Control is
accomplished through agglomeration of sonically
produced water droplets with
suspended particulate. Millions of
droplets precipitate captured
particulate back to the process.
