TurboSonic Technologies Announces Strategic Alliance With EnSenTech Energy Corporation

TURBOSONIC TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (OTC Bulletin Board - TSTA) today announced that it has finalized the terms of its strategic alliance with EnSenTech Energy Corporation.

EnSenTech Energy Corp, located in Bountiful, Utah, was recently formed to commercialize a high-speed conveyance technology, the principles of which were discovered during the development of rocket fuel technology for the U.S. Space Program and which are incorporated in this technology. In addition, EnSenTech Energy products include plasma technology for waste destruction and energy creation and pyrolosis technology. TurboSonic, in addition to receiving a 5% equity interest in EnSenTech Energy, will provide project management and engineering services for the new company and supply its air pollution equipment for appropriate projects.

EnSenTech Energy and TurboSonic are currently developing an engineering proposal for a major Canadian company, which has a critical hazardous waste problem. The proposal is intended to demonstrate how the EnSenTech Energy conveyance and plasma technology will safely and cost-effectively move the hazardous waste material to the plasma unit for waste destruction and energy creation. EnSenTech Energy and TurboSonic are also in the process of setting up a full-scale demonstration, scheduled for early April, of the conveyance technology for various U.S. government agencies and interested potential industrial users.

Edward F. Spink, TurboSonic's Chairman and CEO stated: "I am very excited about our strategic alliance with EnSenTech Energy and the opportunity it gives TurboSonic to provide our project management and engineering expertise in the commercialization of the EnSenTech Energy technologies. TurboSonic will also have full rights to directly market the group's technologies. In my opinion, these new technologies have wide-reaching applications in many industries and have the potential to become a major profitable contributor to TurboSonic's business." Mr. Spink also stated that TurboSonic's air pollution technology would form an integral part of many of the systems that will use the EnSenTech Energy technology, thereby expanding the markets for the combined products.

TurboSonic Technologies designs and markets proprietary air pollution control technologies to industrial customers worldwide. Its products are designed to meet and exceed the strictest emissions regulations, improve performance, reduce operating costs and recover valuable by-products. Industries served include Pulp & Paper, Metals & Mining, Cement, Waste Processing & Incineration, Power Generation and Petrochemicals.
