TURBOSONIC
TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (OTC
Bulletin Board – TSTA), at the 2005 Annual Meeting of
Shareholders held on December 8, 2005, announced that for the four
month period ended October 31, 2005, total revenue was approximately
US$6.2 million and net income before taxes was approximately
US$539,000. This compares to total revenue and a
net loss
before taxes for the four month period ended October 31, 2004 of
approximately US$2.9 million and US$81,000, respectively.
Commenting on the
Company’s announcement, Edward
Spink, TurboSonic's Chairman and CEO said “Subsequent to
three
successive profitable quarters, October results demonstrate increasing
profitability tracking with our record backlog. Of particular
note is our progress compared with the same period in fiscal
2005.”
TurboSonic
Technologies designs and markets proprietary air pollution control
