SoniCool™ Evaporative Gas Cooling & Conditioning uses a finely atomized water spray to cool EAF and BOF gases from over 2400 deg F (1315 deg C) to as low as 240 deg F (115 deg C), protecting downstream APC equipment from high temperature and sparks - Rapid Cooling for Dioxin Control. Also, by optimizing humidity levels, SoniCool™ helps electrostatic precipitators collect dust particles. The water spray completely evaporates while absorbing heat from the gases.
